Eligible refund scenarios
- Trip was cancelled after being charged
- You were charged but the driver never arrived
- Incorrect fare was applied
- Duplicate charge on your account
How to request
- Tap Trips in the bottom navigation.
- Select the affected trip.
- Tap Report an Issue → Request Refund.
- Describe the issue briefly.
- Submit — our team reviews all refund requests within 48 hours.
