Requesting a Refund

Eligible refund scenarios

  • Trip was cancelled after being charged
  • You were charged but the driver never arrived
  • Incorrect fare was applied
  • Duplicate charge on your account

How to request

  1. Tap Trips in the bottom navigation.
  2. Select the affected trip.
  3. Tap Report an IssueRequest Refund.
  4. Describe the issue briefly.
  5. Submit — our team reviews all refund requests within 48 hours.

Email [email protected] with your trip ID and a brief description. Include your account email for faster resolution.
