Using a Corporate Account

Govah Corporate allows businesses to cover transportation costs for their employees safely and transparently.

For Employees

If your company uses Govah Corporate, you will receive an email invitation to join their corporate account.

1. Click the link in the email to link your Govah Rider app.
2. When booking a trip, tap your payment method.
3. Switch from Personal Wallet to your Corporate Profile.
4. You may be required to enter an expense code or trip reason before confirming.

For Corporate Admins

Corporate administrators have access to the Govah Corporate Dashboard. From here you can:

• Invite or remove employees.
• Set spending limits and time restrictions (e.g., only during business hours).
• Download consolidated monthly invoices and trip reports.
