What is Govah Solo Send?

Govah Solo Send is our private parcel delivery service. When you need to send a package directly to someone, a dedicated driver will pick it up from your location and deliver it straight to the recipient's door.

How to use Solo Send

1. Open the Govah Rider app and select Solo Send.
2. Enter the pickup location and drop-off destination.
3. Add details about the parcel (e.g., size, weight, and contents).
4. Provide the recipient's contact number so the driver can reach them.
5. Confirm the request.

Your parcel will be collected by a dedicated vehicle and delivered immediately, just like a private ride!

What you can send

• Documents and keys
• Small to medium parcels (must fit comfortably in a standard vehicle boot)
• Retail items and gifts

Note: Illegal substances, dangerous goods, and highly fragile/valuable items without proper packaging are prohibited.
