How to cancel

  1. On the active booking screen, tap the three dots (⋮) in the top-right corner.
  2. Tap Cancel Trip.
  3. Select a cancellation reason.
  4. Confirm your cancellation.

Cancellation policy

When you cancel Fee
Before driver accepts No fee
Within 2 minutes of driver accepting No fee
More than 2 minutes after driver accepts Small cancellation fee applies
After driver arrives at pickup Cancellation fee applies

The cancellation fee compensates the driver for their time and fuel.

Frequent cancellations

Cancelling trips repeatedly may temporarily restrict your ability to book. We encourage you to only book when you're ready to travel.
