How fares are calculated

Your fare is based on:

• Base fare — A flat starting amount for every trip.
• Distance — Charged per kilometre based on your route.
• Time — A small per-minute charge while the vehicle is moving.

What is NOT included

• Hidden fees
• Surge pricing (Govah does not apply dynamic surge pricing)

Fare estimate vs. final fare

The estimate shown when you book is very close to your final fare. Minor differences can occur if:

• Traffic delays significantly increase trip time
• You change your destination mid-trip
