Getting Started as a Fleet Owner

If you own multiple vehicles, you can manage them all under a single Govah Fleet Owner account.

Registering your fleet

1. Download the Govah Admin or Govah Driver app.
2. Sign up and select Register as a Fleet Owner.
3. Upload your company registration documents, tax clearance, and ID.
4. Once approved, you will get access to the Fleet Dashboard.

Adding vehicles and drivers

From your Fleet Dashboard, you can:

• Add vehicles: Upload registration and inspection documents for each car.
• Invite drivers: Send an invite link to your drivers. Once they accept, their earnings will be routed through your fleet account.

Managing earnings

As a fleet owner, all trip fares completed by your drivers are deposited into your central Fleet Wallet. You are responsible for paying out your drivers according to your private agreements.
