In-Trip Safety Features

Govah is built with safety as a core feature, not an afterthought.

Real-time GPS tracking

Every Govah trip is tracked by GPS from start to finish. The route is recorded and can be shared with emergency services if required.

Share your trip

During an active trip:

1. Tap the Share icon on the live trip screen.
2. Send your live trip link to a trusted contact via WhatsApp, SMS, or any messaging app.
3. Your contact can see your vehicle, route, and ETA in real time — no app required.

Emergency button

If you feel unsafe at any point:

1. Tap the shield icon on the active trip screen.
2. Tap Emergency.
3. You'll be connected to emergency services and Govah's safety team simultaneously.

Driver verification

All Govah drivers are:

• Background-checked before approval
• Required to maintain up-to-date documents
• Subject to continuous monitoring and community ratings

Reporting a safety incident

After a trip, tap Rate Trip and select Report Safety Issue if you experienced anything concerning. Our safety team responds within 2 hours for urgent reports.
